Anger is always a secondary emotion – a response to something deeper going on inside of you.
Anger typically comes from three specific sources.
This anger assessment will help you identify which specific source is your
hot-button.

Based on your answers it seems like your anger starts when your empowerment and control are threatened.
Does this mean I'm a control freak? Maybe. But not necessarily. The bigger possibility is that at some point in your life a significant event threatened your personal empowerment or control. Now, when you face situations that touch on that sensitive spot your subconscious kicks in, causing you to feel threatened. Your anger appears to show you something is bothering you. Anger is actually a gift in that way!

Anger and frustration are actually a gift in that way!

Anger is actually a gift in that way!
